I am in Seattle now.We are leaving in 3 hours.The airplane ride was really fun.

    Hi Joel! I'm one of your Mommy's friends. I am excited to follow you to China to get your little brother. My son Davey will be jealous. He is 10 and wanted to make a blog, but I never did let him set one up. :o( Your Mom and Dad are awesome, so glad they let you have one of your own.

    Wow, Joel - I love your blog! I am one of your mom's computer friends. Our family has a daughter from China the same age as Olivia. We are soon going back to China to adopt an 8 year old girl. We had hoped that we would get to meet your family in China, but we won't get there until after you are already home. I will enjoy reading your posts from your trip while we are waiting for our travel approval. I know that you are going to be such a great big brother to Josiah and such a help to your parents on this trip! Keep up the great work.

Yes, there is a zoo in China.  We went to the zoo this morning.  It had a lot of animals.  The animals were cool.  I got to sit on a pony.  Mommy got to hold a snake.  I am scared of snakes, so I didn't hold the snake.  I saw a Panda bear, lizard, mouse, flamingos, hippo, rhino, giraffe, elephant, monkeys, lion, tigers, dalmation, a little dog, a big dog.  Lots of monkeys.  They were howling and howling.  They were very loud.   I went on the great wall of China.  It was fun.  The great wall is in Beijing.
